  • We hope you are very happy with your new art purchase. However if you are not, you may return the goods within fourteen (14) working days, starting with the day of arrival of the goods. You must notify us in writing by email, through our website link. 

  • Shipping:

  • Items will be shipped as follows:

  • For UK customers - 3 to 10 business days

  • For International customers - 3 to 20 business days

  • Shipping periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering.

  • All orders are delivered by a reputable courier.   We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated however we will not be liable for any loss caused by late ordering.   If the Goods are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, please contact us by email and we will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

  • Incomplete orders must be notified to us as soon as possible following delivery and within 3 days of delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged package, it is important that you make a note of that fact on the Delivery Note (even before you open the package, to examine the contents).  If you accept the order please sign as ‘Package Damaged’ or describe the condition.

  • All risk in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery.

  • For International Deliveries – you may be liable to pay additional tax or duty once the Goods reach your country. This may vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.  Please note that Goods may be subject to inspection by your local customs office where delivery is outside the UK. 


  • Cancellation and Returns

  • You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your order preferably by email at

  • Goods: The time limit for notification of cancellation is seven (7) working days following receipt by you of the Goods. Once we have heard from you that you wish to cancel your order within the stipulated time period we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 14 days of receipt of Goods.You must ensure that the Goods are returned to us at the address that we will email to you, at your cost immediately by a reputable courier and in good condition.


  • Returns where Goods are faulty:

  • Please email to inform us of your wish to return an item. You must ensure that the Goods are returned to us immediately by a reputable courier along with any instructions provided by us.  The cost of returning the Goods must be paid by you, until we can confirm that the Goods are faulty or damaged. All refunds or re-credits will be undertaken within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).
